Returns

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to submit your request.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and protective elements intact.

To initiate a return, please complete the contact form available on our website, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part during shipment.
