Terms of sale

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed by consumers on the MYONPRO® website. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the utmost care. Images and photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, excluding VAT, as MYONPRO® benefits from the VAT exemption regime (VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are indicated before order confirmation. No free shipping is offered unless expressly stated.

4. Order and Payment

Full payment must be made at the time the order is placed. The order is considered final once payment has been validated. A confirmation email will be sent.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer or to the pickup point selected during the ordering process. MYONPRO® shall not be held responsible for errors made by the customer when entering information or selecting the delivery method. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returns are only accepted for products that have not been used, washed, and are returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are exclusively borne by the customer. Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.

7. Refunds

If the return is accepted, the refund will cover only the price of the product. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Liability

MYONPRO® shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. In any event, MYONPRO®’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal action is initiated.
